After undergoing a $34M gut rehabilitation with HSI as developer in 1999, this 326-unit apartment building provides permanent housing for low-income men and women coming out of the NYC shelter system, people living with HIV/AIDS, and homeless veterans. The Kenmore received a 1999 Best Practice Award from HUD and was also a Finalist for a Fannie Mae Foundation Maxwell Award for Excellence. Location: Gramercy​ Park​.

LIH​TC​​, Chase CDC, City, State & HUD-financed 327 apartments for very low-income single adults, formerly homeless, SPMI and PLWA's. Construction with approximately 175 tenants-in-place was completed in 1999.  2009: $1.4 million HPD Article 8A Loan Program loan.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
