The Development Division was established to create and preserve decent affordable housing for low-to-moderate income New Yorkers. HSI has developed or preserved over 1,500 units of housing since 1987. HSI manages three permanent, supportive housing residences that it has developed including: Kenmore Hall, the Cecil Hotel, and the Narragansett (see our Supportive Housing page for more info).
